After planning permission has been granted we then provide all the necessary building regulations and full specification drawings for application to Building Control, including a certificate of lawfulness. We can arrange to meet with you to discuss your building project, provide a full appraisal and advise upon the best way forward to achieve approval for your project. We have over thirty years of experience dealing with local authorities and have a thorough understanding of the kind of projects that are likely to receive approval.
